Do you have photos or documents you’re not willing to part with but think they should be in a museum? That’s ok – you can make a digital donation! You can bring your items in for us to scan and you leave with the physical copy. Give us a call or send us an email!
Research Policy
Research of the RCHF collections is done internally by museum staff only.
The first 15 minutes are free. During the first 15 minutes, museum staff will search through our publications that are available in the museum gift shop. If nothing is found, you will be notified and asked if you wish to pursue your query further. If so, a donation is required for us to move forward. The RCHF does not guarantee findings or results to your query.

RCHF Collections Imaging and Reproduction Fees
If you are interested in purchasing copies, please contact the museum.
A form will be given to you that will need to be completed.
PAPER COPIES: (photocopies, reader/printer, computer printouts)
- 8½ x 11 (US letter – black & white): $0.25/page
- 8½ x 11 (US letter – color): $0.50/page
- 8½ x 14 (US legal – black & white): $0.50/page
- 8½ x 14 (US legal – color): $0.75/page
DIGITAL IMAGES:
- $10.00 (up to 300dpi/jpg) per image
- $20.00 (600+dpi/TIFF) per image

* CASH OR CHECK ONLY. Fees are subject to change at any time. Purchases must be received/paid prior to the exchange of goods.
* Because of our unique hours and situation, a minimum of two (2)-weeks search time is necessary to fill an order. While every effort is made to complete orders promptly, we reserve the right to charge a Rush Fee if requested to provide materials in less than two (2)-weeks. Rush Fee, if applicable = 100% of total order added.
LICENSE & USE FEES*:
Assessed per image, per edition, per use in addition to processing fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
